These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TrueTakeoff, operated by Restored Technology LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

TrueTakeoff turns construction scope and drawings into material takeoffs, scopes, and supplier pricing. Features may change over time.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Accounts are for a single user or organization as provisioned; sharing sign-in credentials is prohibited, and we enforce per-account device limits.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes any third party's rights.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code or bypass security controls.
• Use the service to violate any law or the rights of others.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

Your content

You retain ownership of the documents and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you — including sending document content to our AI provider to generate your results (see our Privacy Policy). You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload your content.

AI-generated output

Output is generated by AI and is provided for your use subject to the Disclaimers. It is an estimate that requires your professional verification. You are responsible for how you use it.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis, and usage above plan limits may be metered.
• Fees are charged in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable.
• Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the paid period.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service and all outputs are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Restored Technology LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or materials costs, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Restored Technology LLC harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the service. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends.

Changes

We may update the service and these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
